What can I print?
Tattoo photos, family photos, photoshoot images — anything high-quality and meaningful to you.
Do I need a photoshoot to order prints?
No. You can supply your own images, or choose from studio images taken during your session.
What sizes do you offer?
A4, A3, 8x10, 12x18, and custom sizing available.
Do you offer albums and calendars?
Yes — custom-designed albums and 2026 calendars are available.
Can you design layouts for me?
Yes — we offer layout design for albums, calendars, wall prints, and gift sets.
How long does printing take?
Standard orders: 7–10 days.
Framed prints + albums: 10–14 days.
Can I order reprints later?
Yes — we keep your edited images for 12 months.
Can I customise my gift set?
Absolutely. Choose your photos, print sizes, framing, and any extra design.
Do you edit my photos first?
Yes — all studio photos are delivered fully edited.
Client-provided images can be retouched for an additional fee.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
- All personalised print orders must be paid upfront.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Afterpay available for approved items.
IMAGE QUALITY
- Client-provided images must meet minimum quality requirements.
- If image quality is too low, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
PRODUCTION TIME
- Standard production: 7–10 business days
- Rush orders: + $25
- Large items (albums, framed prints): 10–14 business days
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because prints are personalised: - No refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- If an error is caused by us, we replace it free of charge.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
- Pickup available in studio.
- NZ-wide shipping available — rates calculated at checkout.
- We are not responsible for courier delays.
USAGE RIGHTS
- You may use your images for personal use only.
- Commercial use requires written approval.
ARCHIVING
- We keep your edited files for 12 months for reprints.
- Unedited RAW files are not stored long-term.
