Terms and Conditions

Health & Safety Policies

'' Age Requirement: You must be 18+ years old to get tattooed. We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

'' Health Disclosure: You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect healing, including but not limited to diabetes, epilepsy, blood disorders, skin

conditions, pregnancy, or any condition requiring blood-thinning medication. Failure to disclose medical conditions is at your own risk.

'' Hygiene & Well-Being:
✅ Arrive sober and well-rested. We will not tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
✅ Do not come in sick—if you're unwell, reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
✅ We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing could harm your health or safety.

'' Sun Exposure & Skin Prep:
Avoid excessive sun, tanning beds, or skin damage on the tattoo area before your appointment. We will not tattoo sunburned, excessively damaged, or compromised skin.



'' Pricing Disclaimer: All prices are estimates only and based on design, size, and time needed. Final pricing is confirmed at your appointment. If you change your design on the day, it may increase your cost and require rescheduling.


'' Deposits & Rescheduling:
✅ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
✅ You may reschedule ONCE with 48 hours’ notice, or your deposit is forfeited.
✅ No-call, no-show = deposit lost + no future bookings allowed.


'' Cover-Ups & Complex Designs:
Cover-ups and highly detailed designs require more time and skill, which affects pricing and scheduling. Be upfront about your needs to avoid extra fees or delays.  


⚠️ Numbing Cream Disclaimer We do not provide or apply numbing cream, but you’re welcome to use it at your own risk.'' Your Numbing, Your Responsibility: ✅ Apply it correctly and in advance—it’s your job to ensure it works.✅ We are not responsible if it wears off, doesn’t work, or affects your pain tolerance.✅ Reactions & Risks: If your skin reacts to the numbing cream and we cannot proceed with the tattoo, your deposit is forfeited.


⛔ Studio Rules & Conduct


'' No Extra Guests:
We have limited space—please do not bring friends, children, or pets unless necessary for accessibility support.


'' Respect the Artist & Studio:
✅ Be on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
✅ We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct. You will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.


'' Touch-Ups Policy:
Standard touch-ups (if needed) are free within 3 months for small corrections. Poor aftercare (sun damage, picking, improper healing) = paid touch-up.
